Rapid Transformational Therapy
What Is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer. It combines principles from various therapies, including hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy.
RTT aims to identify and resolve the root causes of psychological issues quickly, typically within one to three sessions.
It works by guiding the client into a relaxed state, making the subconscious mind more accessible. The client is then regress, taken back, to past experiences that contribute to their current issues. Then I help the client reframe negative beliefs and perceptions that were formed during those past experiences.
The last part is installing positive suggestions and new, empowering beliefs in the client's subconscious.
What is the success rate?
RTT is known for its high success rate, often bringing significant improvement or resolution of issues within one to three sessions. While individual results may vary, many clients report rapid and lasting changes. The therapy's effectiveness depends on factors like the nature of the issue, the client's openness, and their commitment to the process. RTT is a promising option for those seeking fast and profound psychological change.
