Frequently asked questions
What Is Hypnosis?
Is Hypnosis Mind Control?
This is a common myth about hypnosis, but it's simply not true. Hypnosis is a collaborative process, and the person being hypnotized is always in control. I simply act as a guide, and the person being hypnotized can reject any suggestion that they don't agree with.
Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind, we all go in and of hypnosis at
least two times a day, one when awaking in the
mornings and one when falling asleep at night.
Hypnosis in simples terms is feeling relax.
Does Hypnosis Hurt ?
No, hypnosis doesn’t hurt. When regressing to hurtful or emotionally charge memories,
you know that you are reviewing and dealing with a memory, you are not reliving the event.
Is Hypnosis A Magical Cure?
While hypnosis can be a powerful tool for change, it's not a magical cure. It's a collaborative process that requires the person being hypnotized to be committed to making changes in their life. Hypnosis can help you access the power of your subconscious mind and create positive changes, but it's not a quick fix.
Can Hypnosis Make You Reveal Your Deepest Secrets?
Hypnosis does not give me or any hypnotherapist access to your thoughts or memories that you don't want to share. You're always in control during hypnosis, and you can choose to reveal as much or as little as you want.
When Will I Start To See changes ?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy –
every person is different, just as if you were to start a new workout routine,
your body will respond differently than that of your training partners,
but you know that something is changing.
3 ways of noticing the changes happening
Immediate - You feel a massive shift right away. Immediate changes in your physiology,
thoughts and behaviors right in the session.
Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look
back and see all the things that are different in your life.
It is important to note that not everyone responds the same way to hypnosis,
and some people may require more sessions than others to achieve the desired results.
